Pasos a seguir cuando me falla un disco del raid5:

# get SN

# verify that sdc has failed
root@server ~ # cat /proc/mdstat

# force fail and remove
root@server ~ # mdadm --manage /dev/md0 --fail /dev/sdc
root@server ~ # mdadm --manage /dev/md0 --remove /dev/sdc
# verify sdc is not part of the raid
